• 1st Class Shipping: If you choose 1st class Royal Mail shipping, your goods will be with you within 1-2 days after dispatch.

• 2nd Class Shipping: Opting for 2nd class Royal Mail shipping? Your items will be delivered within 2-3 days after dispatch.

For orders placed before midday, we strive to dispatch the items on the same day, ensuring you receive your products as quickly as possible.

1. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us at contact@fivebreads.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, send you a replacement free of charge.

2. Incorrect Sizes or Variants: We understand that mistakes happen. If you accidentally order the wrong size or variant, we cannot offer returns or refunds. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure the correct size, color, and style have been selected.
